The KIT9G25 consists of the base board and processor card with an Atmel/Microchip AT91SAM9G25 processor operating at 400 MHz with 128MB Nand Flash(optional), 128MB DDR2, 4MB Data Flash, and 64KB Serial EEPROM. It supports Linux(kernel version: Linux 3.6.9). The board features connectivity peripherals, including mini USB, 2x USB host, 10/100M Ethernet interface, UART ports(RS232/TTL), and micro SD card interface.
Measuring only 118mm x 109.9mm, low power and low-cost, making KIT9G25 an optimized solution for industrial applications.
